This work isn’t theory for me — it’s lived experience.

I spent a decade "healing". IBS dictating my days. Painful 6 months prego bloat daily. SIBO that came back 3x. Food sensitivities stacking until I was down to five “safe” foods and a 15+ supplement routine I set timers on my phone to take.

On paper, I was the “healthy girl” - perfect labs, clean eating, following every new wellness rule. But the deeper I went in both the conventional and holistic health world, the more I realized it was the same cycle in disguise: fear, restriction, perfectionism, body distrust, managing symptoms by living small.

Everything changed in 2019. I stopped outsourcing my power to docs, labs, protocols and trailblazed my own path here: brain to bottom, biology to belief, I stopped settling for band-aiding symptoms, healed from it all by breaking all the rules I was told to follow.

Now? IBS, bloat, SIBO, all my symptoms, food fear, health anxiety are so far are behind me. I eat everything freely, I travel without supplements or anxiety, and my last flare was back in 2019.
