around here...

THE GOAL is simple: to take you from micromanaging your symptoms… to forgetting you ever had them.

 

I didn’t become a gut health coach because I love writing meal plans and giving people supplements. I became one because I followed every rule, cut every food, ran every test and still felt like sh*t.

Eventually, I realized the problem wasn’t me it was the fear-based way I was taught to heal.

So I built the method I wish I had. One that’s body-led, brain to bottom and root-cause focused.

Now I help women heal their gut without the obsession, the guessing, or the “safe foods” list so you can start healing and start LIVING.
