My Story
I wasn't always the gut goddess.
 I’ve struggled with gut issues for as long as I can remember — bloating, food reactions, stomach pain, urgent poops, acne, anxiety, and a growing list of foods I “couldn’t tolerate.” Doctors told me it was normal. At 21, I was offered a lifelong prescription for IBS after years of tests and zero real answers.
Like many of the women I work with now, I tried everything: Vegan, AIP, Low FODMAP, Paleo, carnivore.
Probiotics, prebiotics, enzymes, glutamine, fiber, motility agents. Thousands on labs, diets, and supplements — still struggling with lingering symptoms.
I was exhausted, isolated, and terrified to eat or travel.
But I also knew I wasn’t broken. I went back to school, got my Master’s in Holistic Nutrition, and started rebuilding from the inside out — nervous system, digestion, mindset, metabolism.
I stopped fearing food. I started pooping like a normal human. I brought dairy, sugar, and carbs back without flaring. I trusted my body again. Now I help women do the same — not with fear-based protocols, but with a whole-system, brain-to-bottom approach that actually works.Â
